We stayed here for around a week and had a lovely time. We only booked for a few days initially, but we decided to extend after we arrived. Its super close to St Joseph's and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is in a lovely quiet side street, whilst still be very central. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We always had hot water and the housekeeping was good. Breakfast had several options and the reception team were so helpful. We left something there when we checked out and they were so helpful sending it to Malaysia for us. We didn't use the service, but the reception team can also arrange tours for you if needed.

Enjoyed the stay. Unique double room , 2 beds separated by a partition for 3rd bed . Both partition had its own AC, TV . It was like a small room within a room. Location in alley, not accessible by taxi, but staff picks and drop your luggage. Good but limited and repeated breakfast spread. We asked for sandwiches and fruits boxes as our departure was early in the morning, they provided. Booked Halong Bay and Ninh binh tours through them. Suggest doing Halong Bay tour first then Ninh Binh.

Amazing stay the entire time hotel is In a amazing location next to the old colonial cathedral. Breakfast is included and has both continental and Asian food (hot and cold) on offer. The hotel manager and staff were very nice and welcoming I'd have to say thank you to Mr Tom, Mr Brian, Mr Harry and Mr Dong for making my stay the best I've ever had.

We had a good time with this hotel. We booked 5 rooms and all were up to expectations. The weather in Hanoi was very hot during our stay, but the aircon worked very well, and the water pressure is strong. We requested the hotel manager, Mr. Dong, to help book the Ha Long Bay tours and airport transfers, and all these were done very well. Mr. Dong speaks English very well and were helpful when we asked for services, and even asked for places good for us to visit. The tour and all taxi services were on time.

Location was OK, about 10-minute walk from the lake, very near Saint Joseph church, and you can walk going to hilton prison . Breakfast had Asian and western choices, room size was reasonable. Staff were really friendly, Mr Dong of reception and the guy who carried my bag, Mr Harry and the others. Room was clean. Hotel lent me an adaptor. Wifi was great

1. Exceptional location.- They located very nearby St. Joseph Church and easily to go everywhere. 2. Less noisy. - We have stay for 3 nights in 4fl. here and had very good sleep. Even this place is located in the middle of everything, but fortunately the building around has no noisy place like bars or karaoke so it's pretty quite at night(compare to same price hotel around) 3. Bed and sheets are nice! 4. you can count on this place hot water system 5. Cleanliness and Breakfast is good 6. Staffs are very nice! They always offer help and everything.

Initially surprised that we had to be left off one block away because the hotel street was too narrow for our transport, however staff came to meet us and help with our baggage. For daily transportation (GRAB/Uber), the church nearby was a fantastic pick-up/drop-off point. Staff were very helpful with arranging transport to Ha Long Bay and back to the airport. Communicated well via WhatsApp along the way.

Friendly and helpful staff who take great care in making you happy. For the first 2 nights we got an upgrade to a family room; this one was especially nice. For Vietnam standards the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is good. Also, if you want to book a tour to Halong Bay, you can save yourself the trouble of going to a separate booking agent. They can do this for you at the hotel and offer good options for a decent price.
