We stayed here for around a week and had a lovely time. We only booked for a few days initially, but we decided to extend after we arrived. Its super close to St Joseph's and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is in a lovely quiet side street, whilst still be very central. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We always had hot water and the housekeeping was good. Breakfast had several options and the reception team were so helpful. We left something there when we checked out and they were so helpful sending it to Malaysia for us. We didn't use the service, but the reception team can also arrange tours for you if needed.

1. Exceptional location.- They located very nearby St. Joseph Church and easily to go everywhere. 2. Less noisy. - We have stay for 3 nights in 4fl. here and had very good sleep. Even this place is located in the middle of everything, but fortunately the building around has no noisy place like bars or karaoke so it's pretty quite at night(compare to same price hotel around) 3. Bed and sheets are nice! 4. you can count on this place hot water system 5. Cleanliness and Breakfast is good 6. Staffs are very nice! They always offer help and everything.

We had a good time with this hotel. We booked 5 rooms and all were up to expectations. The weather in Hanoi was very hot during our stay, but the aircon worked very well, and the water pressure is strong. We requested the hotel manager, Mr. Dong, to help book the Ha Long Bay tours and airport transfers, and all these were done very well. Mr. Dong speaks English very well and were helpful when we asked for services, and even asked for places good for us to visit. The tour and all taxi services were on time.

Enjoyed the stay. Unique double room , 2 beds separated by a partition for 3rd bed . Both partition had its own AC, TV . It was like a small room within a room. Location in alley, not accessible by taxi, but staff picks and drop your luggage. Good but limited and repeated breakfast spread. We asked for sandwiches and fruits boxes as our departure was early in the morning, they provided. Booked Halong Bay and Ninh binh tours through them. Suggest doing Halong Bay tour first then Ninh Binh.

For Vietnam standards the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is good. Also, if you want to book a tour to Halong Bay, you can save yourself the trouble of going to a separate booking agent. They can do this for you at the hotel and offer good options for a decent price.
